In trading on Monday, the iShares U.S. Technology ETF (IYW) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.9% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Rovi (ROVI), up about 8.5% and shares of Manhattan Associates (MANH), up about 6.6% on the day.
